By booking and staying at Casa Salatti, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations
• A €100 security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, property damage, or unpaid invoices.
This does not apply to bookings made via Airbnb or Expedia, where reservations are non-refundable, and the platform’s rates and cancellation policies apply. However, the security deposit is still required but only to cover unpaid invoices or property damage.
Check-In and Check-Out
• A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in for verification.
• Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Check-out must be completed by noon. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
By booking and staying at Casa Salatti, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations
• A €100 security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, property damage, or unpaid invoices.
Reservation Amount
The reservation amount is refundable up until the day of your arrival. If you do not show up, this amount will be reimbursed; however, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event that you do not complete your stay, the nights already stayed, plus the departure day will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded, excluding the deposit.
This policy applies exclusively to reservations made through our website or directly with us. For bookings made via Expedia, Hotels, Airbnb, or other platforms, the cancellation policies of those platforms will apply.
Additional Guests
• Only the guests listed in the original reservation are allowed to stay.
• Additional guests will be charged €10 per night, with a limit of one additional guest per day and no more than two additional guests during the entire stay.
No Smoking
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Casa Salatti. A cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs on the property.
Damage and Loss
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges will be applied accordingly.
Pets
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance with management.
Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of other guests during this time.
Use of Common Areas
• Guests are expected to keep common areas clean and organized.
Liability
• Casa Salatti is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay. Please ensure the safety of your belongings.
Force Majeure
• Casa Salatti is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Modifications
• Casa Salatti reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests and will apply to future bookings.
